BYE, BYE STRESS!

 

  • Through breathing techniques, such as abdominal breathing, we can lower our cortisol levels and therefore our stress (e.g. Ma et al. 2017)

  • Regular meditation lowers the level of the stress hormone ACTH (which triggers the release of cortisol and adrenaline, among other things) (Hoge et al 2018)

  • Our LMU study also confirms: After 3 weeks of MinQi, the stress level of users drops by 30% (LMU, 2019)

  • Meditation increases the ability to concentrate, as the areas in the brain associated with "mind-wandering" are less active (Brewer, 2011 )

  • People meditating regularly have less difficulties to (re-) concentrate after a distraction (Pagnoni, 2008)

A study of the LMU shows: The MinQi method works!

-30% stress in only 3 weeks

In November/December 2019, the Chair of Business and Organizational Psychology of the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich conducted a study on the effectiveness of MinQi. The results were indisputable: MinQi works! The study showed that stress was reduced by 30% already after 3 weeks.

 

The test participants performed one MinQi breaks a day (5-8min) over a period of 3 weeks. Already after 3-week use, the researchers found significant positive effects on stress levels and relaxation. Other measured parameters, such as sleep quality, physical well-being and job satisfaction, also showed positive improvements after the usage of MinQi.
